Your day will be filled with diverse tasks, from coordinating travel and managing expenses to organizing team events and supporting new hires. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our global team.   • Prepare engaging management presentations using MS PowerPoint and Think-cell.
  • Manage travel bookings and expense claims efficiently through SAP’s CONCUR tool.
  • Create purchase orders for R&D programs using SAP ARIBA.
  • Organize team events and meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers.
  • Report absences and sick leave using Siemens Energy software tools.
  • Assist with IT orders for new hardware and office supplies.
  • Coordinate room bookings and supplies for in-person meetings.
    • What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing tasks.
  • Experience in supporting a global, multinational organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP applications, particularly ARIBA and CONCUR.
