How You’ll Make an Impact
Sending offers for training to customers Performing Export Control Checks (DAMEX Checks) Maintaining & tracking Offer- and Training Data Lists Coordination and Scheduling of appointments Sending training invitations to customers Creation and distribution of training certificates Planning, booking and accounting for local and international travel Support the Assistant of the “Field Service" Team with tasks like Monthly filling of working hours and allowances of Field Service Technicians Monthly registration of travel receipts and expenses Creation of productivity reports Creation of posts on social media like Viva Engage, LinkedIn, etc. What You Bring
More than 3 years of professional experience as an employee in the back office, as an assistant or in another comparable position. Familiarity, proficiency and confidence with MS 365 Applications (Office and Outlook), software and the use of networked PCs are essential. Willingness to learn more IT tools relevant for the tasks. Experience in the creation of professional social media posts (LinkedIn, Viva Engage, etc.)
Able to deal with customers, colleagues and suppliers in a polite and professional manner. Prepared to work as part of a team, keen to make internal and external contacts, learn and be able to operate company procedures with minimal assistance (once established) A self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to work under the minimum of supervision Ability to adapt to new situations and deliver professional support to other functions in the team. Experience of working in a multi cultural environment is a must, also to adapt and overcome cultural differences in a professional manner Proficiency in German language is preferable, mandatory good command of English written and spoken.
