  • You will handle travel arrangements, expense control, and reimbursements, while managing office supplies and supporting visa applications.
  • Enter and maintain personnel data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor schedules, assisting executives and liaising with internal and external partners.
  • Support personnel matters and create reports, maintaining distribution lists.
  • Manage mail flow and provide information by handling inquiries.
  • What You Bring
  • A completed apprenticeship as an office clerk or similar qualification.
  • Experience in employee interaction is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with strong MS Office and SAP skills.
  • Motivation, decisiveness, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Resilience and the ability to act under time pressure, with an interest in technology and mechanical engineering.
  • Willingness to engage in intercultural collaboration.
