The aim of GOS department is to answer all issues and requests that Vestas Customers across the globe can have, we are involved in the newest technologies of the wind industry, in emerging and consolidated markets, on Vestas and non-Vestas Wind Turbines Technologies. We are the ones who deal with the issues of the wind industry having on our side the Global Leader in Wind Power. Responsibilities Support and coordination of a travel team of specialists across the globe Ensure together with the team leaders and management that all the working hours and costs are correctly registered and allocated in SAP/Cost and Work Center Ensure the records and up to date of technical and H&S Trainings for the team Ensure that the SAP is up to date. Support the team leader on elaborate the best and efficient plan for the year and support the team leader on coordinating the team Willing to travel and to work overtime Support the team leader on keep the team motivated and up to the tasks Qualification Good knowledge of the SAP Team lading experience and team spirit Good knowledge of the English language Previous experience in team coordination and mobility Competencies Good knowledge of MS office Knowledge of mobility and TPA/Visa process Remote team management knowledge Previous experience in technologies company or administrative What we offer Exiting work experience, the possibility of professional development, professional experiences in the company of Wind Industry, technical knowledge sharing across all Vestas organization.
