The role of a Team Leader in Controlling involves managing and supervising the Controlling unit, ensuring adherence to standards and governance while driving continuous process improvements. This position requires leading a collaborative team of professionals, defining team objectives, and supporting their professional growth. It's a key role that contributes significantly to shaping the future of the automotive industry. Role description:  Oversee and guide the Controlling unit to meet defined goals and KPIs. Spot areas for improvement, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery. Ensure compliance with standards and governance and manage process execution. Lead and mentor team members. Organize team activities to cover all stages and address all incoming requests. Set objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members. Offer clear guidance, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes. Identify training and development needs, support professional growth, and assist in applying new skills. Implement measures to boost team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal development. Qualifications: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in controlling area. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven experience in controlling or a related field. Ability to identify and implement process improvements. Knowledge of relevant standards and governance. Advanced Excel. English - advanced.
