Team Leader ControllingJob ID: 23060Location:Ghimbav, Brasov, ROOur Controlling Department in Brasov is looking for a team leader to be part of our journey!What you will do: Support the business goals and budget targets of the location, increase profitability in agreement with the Business Unit, Operations Manangement and Operations Finance and Controlling; Ensure reporting of the actual financial performance and explain deviations; Ensure and apply internal Finance guidelines; Coordinate and support budget preparations and perform budget review meetings; Ensure regular accurate forecasts; Leadership – responsibility for team of controllers, ensure development of controlling team members to perform controlling tasks with qualitive reusults. What will you need to succeed: Bachelor degree/ master degree in business administration or equivalent; Professional experience in controlling or finance with technical understanding; Experience in automotive business and understanding of automotive environment; Leadership skills; English language proficiency.
