Main responsibilities: Build configuration based on requests from the field presales Check configurations of Fujitsu PRIMERGY according to the Fujitsu configuration rules Act as an interface for our global product management, escalating urgent issues and acquiring detailed information for our colleagues Provide support pack status checks / prolongation assistance Inform the WebArchitect development team about misleading or incorrect configuration rules and implementation bugs Build cross-competition configurations Support on OS license prolongation Provide information about upcoming system / component / software releases Mandatory requirements: Deep understanding of computer architecture and server functionality Deep understanding of server components Experiences with different operating systems: Microsoft server, Linux, VMware Very good Microsoft office skills Like to work in a virtual team with colleagues across Europe Willingness to expand knowledge and support SAP HANA What do we offer: Full time home office Extra leave days A cafeteria plan, examples: sports events tickets, holiday finance, online shopping deals.
