Your day to day:Provides specific 1st Line technical services, related to the IT systems of Vodafone group telecommunications operators and partners. Ensures the development, implementation, modification, testing and harmonization of software and hardware solutions of information systems, as well as existing telecom processes and applications in customer networks, in order to meet the quality and response time requirements of projects. With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Identification of defects in HFC, IP, DSL, GSM, UMTS, LTE networks and troubleshooting of medium complexity, by modifying or adapting software packages in accordance with a set of technical and design specifications, as well as coordination and scaling to higher levels support for those of high complexity in time and quality conditions agreed with the client. Performs activities that combine analytical skills with adequate software and hardware technology skills, in order to develop, test, implement and modify computer systems containing telecommunications, mobile and fixed software applications. Implementation of new solutions and functionalities Development and implementation of specific software in order to remedy the critical situations of malfunctions of telecom systems for customers telecommunications operators Remedy of software and hardware deficiencies of medium complexity in accordance with the response times agreed with the client. Evaluation and optimization of software and hardware performance of information systems Holding training courses for Computer Systems Engineers in order to increase their skills regarding the development and adaptation of specific telecom software With these skills you are a great candidate: English and German - written and spoken Operating systems, databases, computer applications specific to mobile and fixed telecommunications Solid knowledge and proven work experience in HFC / DCA / IP / WDM Higher technical studies (Electronics and telecommunications, Automation and Computers, Informatics, etc.) Certifications from fixed and mobile telecommunications system providers (Cisco, Oracle, HP, IBM, Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Alcatel, etc.) are desirable.
