Your day to day:Ensures the adequate technical coordination of the teams during the incidents occurred in the networks of the telecommunications operators' clients, at the agreed quality standards.Regularly provides information on the status of the incident, the resources allocated and ensures their proper communication with the relevant departments.At the clients' request, identifies, develops and implements solutions for solving software and hardware deficiencies in the respective networks. The solutions provided involve changes to existing software systems or the implementation of new components to improve and develop the functionality of current systems.With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Securing service availability in maximum quality for our customers;Managing service incidents for fiber incidents;Escalation management to partner;Tracking, quality reporting, data analysis, health checks.With these skills you are a great candidate: • Good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written;• Good knowledge of network/transmission/signaling protocols in the field of telecommunications;• Knowledges and working experience in the following technologies: WDM, SDH, Microwave; • Knowledges about optical fiber networks;• Experience in technical service management or quality management;• Strong problem management skills;• High commitment, sense of responsibility and quality, ability to work in a team, reliability;• Good communication and negotiation skills.
