Technical Lead - Node.js in Bucuresti

Job Location: 100% remote in Romania Recruitment process: tech interview client interview Role description: Developing and maintaining web applications using Node.js and React.js Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for both the server-side ( Node.js ) and client-side ( React.js ) components of the application Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements for new features or enhancements Building RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end systems to enable seamless data exchange and functionality Conducting thorough testing of the application, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality and reliability Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues on time Designing and implementing database schemas, queries, and data models using PostgreSQL Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Profile :  Excellent JavaScript knowledge Excellent Node.js / Express knowledge or similar Very good knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL Very good knowledge of Unit testing and Integration testing FE experience with React or Angular is a big plus Cordova, Android or iOS experience is considered a plus Benefits package: Full-time contract Unlimited work-from-home Flexible working schedule Substitution day Yearly performance bonus Referral bonuses Internal Trainings Company supports exams and certifications for professional growth Pluralsight & Udemy subscription Internal library Medical package Flexible benefits Allowance that you can spend on benefits of your choice
