Responsibilities: Set the direction for the product(s) from a technical angle, in collaboration with Solution Architect, other P&G teams (Infrastructure, Integration, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps) and key external providers. Own technical roadmaps and designsOversee and manage work of other developers incl. planning, code reviews, dev tools and best practicesEstablish and promote testing standards, with special focus on continuous, automated testingDevelop enterprise-grade code with quality, scalability, privacy and security built-inBuild microservice/container-based products using cloud-native solutions following modern industry patterns, architecture and development standardsEnsure application of CI/CD toolchain to automate build and deploy process incl. quality and security checks.
