Technical Manager EHS & QMS / IT Implementation Lead in Slatina

About the role As an IT Technical Lead for SH&E and QMS (partner together with Group SH&E and QMS team, oversees SH&E and QMS processes, specific tools & platforms to better enable digital journey of SH&E and QMS that integrates with overall digital transformation in Operations), you represent the “voice of the product” by partnering with Group SH&E and QMS teams, setting the overall strategic vision and roadmap for the product on information technology side. Responsible for the overall information technology strategy, roadmap, and execution of SH&E and QMS process solutions as well as the planning and execution and operations of the technology ecosystems, providing regular updates and strategic analysis of the progress in achieving the roadmap goals and contribute to innovation. Partner with the IT Product Group leadership and Business, ensure the SH&E and QMS process related ecosystem and product portfolio and roadmap in alignment with business objectives of the organization. Drive technology vision, direction and architecture for SH&E and QMS process, with mentality of design thinking and scalability, reduce technical debt while driveing new capabilities. Work collaboratively across business and technology to build good understanding of strategic objectives on Operations products. Ensuring information about the SH&E and QMS process portfolio is clearly understood both internally and externally in the most professional and accessible way. Drive SH&E and QMS process related solution selection, deployement, and management of product tracks. Manage relationships with stakeholders and to ensure roadmap requirements are adopted and delivered. Partner together with Group SH&E and QMS teams, hold good project management skills to deliver the information technology solutions globally in Bekaert locations. Deliver alignement of IT Operations SLAs & KPIs of solutions, manage business escalations and drive resolution via intervention as needed. Partner with procurement team to negotiate commercial agreements with partners in the industry. Manage supplier relationships, service quality and ensure roadmap requirements are adopted and delivered. About You Experienced in influencing people across the business, the wider group and key external partners to establish the strategy and contribute to value realization. Proven track record of delivering success stories in the process area like SH&E, QMS or manufacturing – redefining capabilities and launching solutions. Proven experience of delivering high impact change programs across organisations. An good understanding of the customer (internal and external) and how the business can exceed their expectations, having strong focus on user experience. An good collaborator who is comfortable taking accountability for making decisions and working in a cross functional team in an agile way. Solid understanding of project and product management, agile principles and development methodologies and support agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks.
