Job description We are looking for a new colleague in our Global Managed Services team to help with technical presales tasks:·Follow all available and applicable policies and procedures for GMS. Stay open and communicative with the rest of team members .Posing wise questions is a must;·Maintains catalogs of products and services provided by suppliers; ·Maintains catalogs of products and services provided by GMS to the rest of the organization; ·Ensures that everything is in place for a supplier to provide products and/or services, including underpinning contracts and supporting services;·Ability to manage 2 mailboxes -- Personal & Sales Managed Services (involve necessary people within our organization to properly assist the business)·Provides information about supplier products and/or services to GMS Pre-Sales and CFU’s;·Keep a good relationship with all the colleagues, customers, suppliers with whom he/she interacts with. Remain engaged and make follow-ups where is applicable;·Reviews and evaluates the performance of suppliers on a quarterly basis. Propose improvements ideas so that GMS can grow;·Qualifies suppliers in accordance with Corporate IT policy. TCO must lead your day-to-day activity; ·Propose structural improvements to help reducing the TCO;·Work with customers to understand their requirements and design and document suitable solutions together with GMS specialists. Always have the pro-active attitude and self-confidence to meet the business needs;·Work with GMS specialists to articulate key benefits of Hosting and Cloud technology to customers. Remain in close collaboration and assist with information from your area of expertise;·Structure and produce compelling sales proposals and commercial documentation. Make sure you review the documentation and all the key tools you work with on a bi-yearly basis;·Collaborate with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery. Be and remain active in the deployment process. Keep a close eye on the deployment process and propose ideas of improvements to streamline the process. Have the ability to involve all required peers in the process;·Assure a proper governance of the internal pre-sales processes – remain either in the lead or be active in other projects. Propose and produce meetings to successfully close the projects;·Make sure you make your and your colleagues work visible by posing important/key news on the internal ORTEC communication channels. Who you are Good written and verbal English skills;Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT field;Previous experience minimum 3 years;Basics to medium IT knowledge (Windows hardware and software components are a must)Knowing how to navigate through Azure portal and its components;Showing real interest in learning how ORTEC applications are functioning in report with server infrastructure to be able to assist our business;Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills;Highly driven passionate person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations.
