A (code) mark on a product used by millions of people! To help us on our mission, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager that will help us build the next generation financial product builder, a no-code / low-code platform that will enable our customers to tailor their products in a highly configurable way. As Technical Product Manager within the Product Builder team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless user experience for configuring and deploying financial products. This role is for you if you love to dive deep and understand enterprise customers that build applications with low code platforms. You will be working closely with cross-functional product, design, subject matter experts and engineering teams to build UI components that simplify the complex financial product creation into a delightful consumer experience.Meet your product areaThe Foundation Services product area sits at the heart of Mambu’s philosophy of driving innovation through technology .We are a product first team which focuses on solving a wide range of business as well as technical problems, with a strong focus on scalability and providing the right building blocks to our internal teams and ultimately to our customers.How you will contribute:Define and maintain the roadmap of your product. (Ensure that initiatives in the roadmap are directly aligned with the strategic objectives of the Product organization in general and your product area in particular)Engage with customers on a regular basis to understand their business needs and the problems they face, in order to build a product that is valuable to them and viable to our businessDefine key outcome-based objectives for each initiative with measurable key results and continuously communicate on the progress towards reaching the objectiveAnalyze usage and performance data to identify risks and opportunitiesUnderstand the specific challenges of the teams you work with. Propose workable solutions to engineering teams, defining functional building blocks of your product with consideration for product positioning, integrability and scalability. Work closely with our Subject Matter Experts and engineering team, jointly defining the functional architecture (components) of your product area, defining epics and user stories for the team and reviewing the implementation outcomes.Ensure continuous and consistent communication on the strategy and the roadmap of your product area, both within and outside the organisation What you’re bringing to the table:Minimum of 8+ years of expertise in modern Product Management techniques, including product planning, product discovery and developmentExperience building developer tools, such as no-code / low-code platformsGood understanding of software design architectureSkilful at User Experience, especially with drag and drop interfaces, user interface builder and visual modellingExperience working in financial institutions, ideally digital-only (i.e. neo-bank, lender) Self Motivated. Ability to set goals and work independently according to the objectivesClear Communicator.
