These squads are part of the Fleet Manager Tribe whose plan is to deliver value to Fleet Managers of SMB’s and large companies, in the mobility (cars and vans) and the CRT (trucks) sectors, at a time where e-mobility is disrupting the market.Position SCOPE & Key ResponsibilitiesBased in Edenred Development Centre in Bucharest, co-located with the developers working in this squad and working closely with the other tribe’s members based in France, Germany and Poland. The Product Owner will build the next versions of the service center, SaaS customer tool allowing the fleet manager to order and manage Fuel- and eCharge-cards and many more.The Product Owner will:Write User Stories in collaboration with the Squad Leader, the Product Managers at Edenred (Paris) and the other Product OwnersPrioritize the User Stories according to the business prioritiesUse acceptance criteria to validate the User Stories developed by the development teamAnswer questions from the developers and remove impedimentsActivities Prioritization» Prioritize User Stories in the Product Backlog» Feed, refine, improve the Product Backlog to optimize the value delivered to users and customersHelp the technical team understand the business requirements» Describe each feature to be delivered as a User Story, adding the relevant Acceptance Criteria» Understand and prioritize the Technical Stories proposed by the technical team and the Defect Stories» Answer all clarification requests from the technical team about stories being developed» Participate and facilitate the agile rituals with the development teamUsing acceptance criteria, validate the stories developed by the technical team» Approve or reject the stories developed, providing constructive feedback» Evaluate the previous product versions currently in production to identify issues and improvements to feed the Product Backlog» Ensure the non-regression of new featuresRequired skills & profileExperience» 3 to 5 years as a Product Owner in an agile team working on backend servicesKnowledge and Skills» The Product Owner must have strong business insight, understanding customers’ needs and business requirements to translate them to actionable stories to be implemented by the developers» The Product Owner must ensure the consistency and relevancy of functional decisions and priorities at all times» Experience/understanding in Vision/Roadmap creation, Portfolio/Program/Team Backlog creation, refinement and prioritization» The Product Owner must have a good general understanding of technology and must be able to understand the development cycle» Fluent in English, German or French is a plus» Understanding of the agile principles and how they are applied in the workplace» Proven track record of delivery proficiency (i.e. experiences have positive measurable outcomes for the customers)» Problem solver who can clearly identify, analyses, and resolve issues using Data Driven Decisions as they arise» Capacity to handle dependencies cross teams» Familiar with REST API, databases, customer notifications systems» Previous technical experience (for example as SW developer or QA) is not required but it is a big plus.
