To strengthen KION’s Business Strategy and IT capabilities, the new IT Service Hub has been built in Kraków as part of KION Business Services. The IT Hub is the center of highly qualified IT talents who, by becoming an integral part of the KION Group IT organization, expand its capabilities and support comprehensive Business and IT transformations. Your Role: Technical Product Owner will be part of the DIP (Digital Interaction Platform) Device Services Global Team, responsible for managing software solutions over the whole lifetime of the project. The person will take the responsibility for driving solution design and ensuring the quality of Platform requirements while having a significant contribution to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, as well as the development of the newly created KION IT Service Hub in Kraków. Your Responsibility: Carry technical knowledge into strategic conversations about the solution.Define solution operating model & SLA with business.Drive solution design and implementation, ensure integration/fit into KION IT target architecture and KION ITSM processes.Align relevant architecture decisions of your team with stakeholders.Enforce & foster compliance with KION Group IT Development Guidelines, trigger & coordinate security audits.Conduct regular reviews of operational performance.Align closely with people leads to ensure capability and capacity demands meet team structure, operation model, and solution roadmap.Manage software licenses and suppliers.
