Technical Program Manager Job Locations RO-Bucharest ID R6975 Category Product Position Type Full time Overview The Program Manager role inside the Marketplace team requires a combination of both technical and soft skills.We are looking for a person who will thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be discouraged or hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You are expected to be inquisitive, open minded, ideas driven and motivated to adapt yourself and align processes around you with the constantly changing requirements. You would be responsible both for creation and maintenance of new Marketplace programs along with evolving the existing ones (like security verification, content quality standards, etc.).Also, the day-to-day responsibilities include constant content reviews for the automations submitted on the platform and communication with external UiPath partners about content updates on a variety of topics. What you'll do at UiPath Partner collaboration:Lead/Support meetings with Marketplace partners (UiPath Partners, Tech Alliance partners etc.) on various topics.Foster robust and trusted relationships with partners to enable their contributions to the Marketplace content.Coordinate feedback and insight from stakeholder engagements to improve the product, and overall partner experience.Programs development:Assist in definition of program / project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality.Facilitate the program and project delivery process and help manage scope and dependencies.Develop detailed and effective plans and monitor all aspects of the program / project / workstream lifecycle that you own.Ensure all documentation and deliverables, including being hands-on where necessary, are fit for purpose, follow UiPath recommended standards and of consistently high quality across engagements.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project completion.Provide weekly status summary of all programs and projects assigned and escalate to management as needed.Proactively manage all stakeholder issues with professionalism and tact.Work collaboratively with all UiPath teams involved in projects.Assist in the development and/or review of related documentation.Marketplace submissions review:Complete code review and testing for Marketplace submissions. Provide feedback to publishers on how to properly build the code in alignment with Marketplace Publishing Guidelines. Provide technical input for the team on different initiatives / implementation proposals. Perform additional duties as required to contribute to continuous growth. Facilitate security review and testing for Marketplace submissions. What you'll bring to the team A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant degree.Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem solving skills.Experience with C# and Java / .Net.Understanding of security threats, malware vulnerabilities, for security code review reports.Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Results oriented.High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing, and conflicting priorities simultaneously.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.Self-motivated, takes initiative and is willing to accept responsibilities for results.Proactive team player.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience working as project coordinator/project admin is a plus.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, fluency in any other language is a plus.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Productboard is a plus.Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Nice to have:Qualification in Project Management (e.g. PMI, PMP)Knowledge of RPA technologiesExposure to digital transformation#LI-RU1 Options Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
