Technical project leader in Blaj

Job Description Coordinates the project team (SE), responsible target and disciplinary; Defines the content of the budget and investment with an impact on a division / one product class; Ensures compliance with the investment budget; Defines the timeline and work packages for different departments involved internally (QMM, TEF, ENG, etc.) and externally (CP, Sales, QMM); Defines the resources and asks for approvals (project team, budget, infrastructure, tools, software); Report to international Simultaneous Engineering team-level executive local and extern, steering committee; Apply the Bosch Project Management central directive; Draws up the project contract; Defines the structure of the necessary functions; Structure the organizational chart of the project; Organizes and moderates quality gates; Manages projects that involve external partners of the factory.QualificationsGraduate of technical university studies in technical field (mechanical, mechatronics, hydraulics, fluid mechanic)3-5 years experience on similar position.Technical drawing knowledge.Logical, analytical, result-oriented, out of the box thinking.Experience in the automotive industry as technical project coordinator and multi-disciplinary projects.
