About Sybilla Technologies    Sybilla Technologies designs builds and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, Near Earth Objects, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.    We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team      Your responsibilities:    Full ownership of the project.  Hands-on work with the technical team, addressing daily issues, discussing solutions, and engaging with customers.  Managing requirements, including creation, updates, removals, challenges, and documentation.  Drafting use and test cases and executing selected tests.  Developing technical and administrative documentation for the project.  Collaborating closely with project management administrative assistants on administrative documentation, deliverables, and financial aspects, including supervision, creation, and quality assurance.  Coordinating activities among internal and external teams, identifying necessary resources, and developing schedules to meet deadlines.  Implementing company strategy within project boundaries, both internal and external.  Managing implementation projects for software and hardware solutions.  Overseeing operational projects to deliver data and analyses to customers.  Managing project schedule, risks, budget, and quality.  Evaluating potential projects and creating project proposals with tendering experts.  Preparing project progress reports and supporting ongoing project information management.  Setting priorities and managing time effectively.  Diagnosing and resolving project challenges and managing changes.  Conducting project presentations and training sessions.  Sharing knowledge within the organization on efficient project management.  Participating in the creation and updating of Project Management Office processes.    Requirements:    4+ years of technical experience in the domain of software engineering, software life cycle or complex hardware and software solutions where Agile (or lean) methodology of engineering was applied.  4+ years of C# programming experience.  Understanding of the software products' life cycle.  Fluent English in speech and writing.  Technical Writer skills.  Agile experience.  Leadership experience.  Proven ability to estimate time and complexity of work to be performed in projects (applicants with concrete examples preferred).  Bachelor’s degree (STEM masters preferred).    Nice to have:    DevOps experience.    Terms of employment:     Remote employment model (the office is in Bydgoszcz/Zielonka).  Competitive Salary: 14000 - 22000 PLN gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.  The candidate will have a specialist assigned as a mentor during the initial weeks of employment.    The candidate will have an advisor for selection and monitoring of career development paths.    Private medical care and Multisport on FTE  "Telescopic Thursdays" - the opportunity to use our facilities for personal, hobbyist observations.  Flexible working hours.
