The Role
We're seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for both internal hiring and external client placement needs. This is a unique dual-responsibility role:
Internal Hiring
Source and screen Data Center Technicians across 166 countries
Recruit Project Managers, Sales teams, and Appointment Setters globally
Manage our Recruitee ATS pipeline with 6,000+ active job postings
Conduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, and extend offers
Build talent pipelines in key markets across all regions
External/Client Recruitment
Support client requests for data center engineer placements
Maintain a network of qualified technical candidates
Deliver recruitment as a value-added service offering
What We Need
Required Qualifications
Technical recruiting experience - Prior experience recruiting for IT infrastructure, data center, network engineering, or hardware roles
ATS proficiency - Comfortable managing applicant tracking systems (Recruitee experience is a plus)
Sourcing expertise - Proven track record with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
High-volume recruitment - Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse geographies simultaneously
Strong English communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated - Independent worker who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
Global mindset - Experience with international and remote hiring across multiple time zones
Nice to Have
Data center or IT infrastructure industry knowledge
Multilingual capabilities (French, Spanish, German, Arabic, Portuguese)
Experience hiring in emerging markets (Africa, South Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America)
Understanding of global employment compliance and contractor models
Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in technical or infrastructure roles
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for high-volume positions
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices
Experience with both internal hiring and external recruitment agency coordination
Familiarity with labor market trends in the technology and data center industry
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
