What we need We’re looking for a skilled Technical Sourcer who shares the same drive to improve people’s lives through technology and user empathy. Together with our team, you’ll be helping us offer each candidate an amazing experience in the process of becoming part of the QUALITANCE Technology Outsourcing division.  What you’ll do Find the greatest people for the job; Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates; Research and utilize the latest sourcing techniques to identify candidates; Consistently maintain a high-volume, quality, and diverse candidate pipeline that results in hires every quarter; Screen candidates and attract top talent to interview for open roles; Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization; Represent QUALITANCE with enthusiasm and energy as if it were your own brand. What will help you succeed An overwhelming positive attitude, full of high energy, and a team player; A good sourcing strategy to attract candidates and ensure a highly-qualified pipeline through job platforms, social media, headhunting, and marketing; Being a communication master and easily managing the connection between candidates, recruiters & hiring managers;  Strong process orientation, planning, and prioritization skills; Adaptability is your main skill and you can easily adjust to different JDs requirements and projects changes; Work closely with some of our amazing engineers and amplify your tech knowledge.
