Your day-to-day work:Provide technical support to Egnyte's clients and partnersProvide support primarily via e-mail (from time to time also via phone and web conferencing tools) Work effectively and professionally with users who span from IT, business users, partners and executivesProvide a workable solution that addresses client issues based on their use caseMaster Egnyte's product capabilities and serve as the subject matter expert within the support organizationWork with Product Management, Engineering and Sales to effectively take issues to resolutionParticipate in the testing of new and updated products and provide feedbackWrite technical documents such as service and product FAQs, guides, and manuals About You:Previous experience in end-user application supportStrong technical skills, including but not limited to:Understanding of Directory Services including Microsoft ADS and Open LDAPFamiliar with network protocols, services and tools and apply troubleshooting methodsGood understanding of the Linux Operating System on the administration levelFamiliarity with Virtual Machine Environments (ie.
