Thanks to our tool, PR specialists can manage media relations more efficiently, saving time on routine tasks.We started our adventure with online business in Poland and hence we operate to this day, but we are developing most dynamically on foreign markets, in particular in the United States.In September 2020, we became part of the American company Semrush, a global leader in SaaS solutions targeted at marketers and SEO specialists. This is a very special moment that opened the way for us to develop in the direction and pace that we could only dream about a dozen or so months ago. Today, dreams have become real plans, and these really great plans cannot come true without great people on board.Responsibilities will include:Responding to enquiries from Prowly customers contacting us via chat, email and phone.Providing assistance and guidance to customers with technical issuesCoordinating solutions with dev and production teamsRunning product training sessionsHandling requests from tier 1 support agentsOur requirements:At least one year of experience at a similar position in a SaaS companyGood command of English both written and spokenGeneral understanding of email server configuration including DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARCGeneral understanding of how web servers operate including HTTP, HTTPS, TLS, reverse proxy, websockets and certificatesPractical knowledge of the command line (bash/zsh shell)Basic and practical knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL)Familiarity with internet browser developer toolsBonus/nice to have:Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScriptFamiliarity with API and integrations with popular social media platformsFamiliarity with Amazon AWSWhat do we offer in return ❤?Attractive salary (based on an employment contract) - ranges of PLN 6.5 - 8 thousand gross, depending on your experienceFreedom to choose a workplace (we work remotely, but we also have an office in Old Mokotów :)The possibility of a real impact on the product / strategy of the company, we listen to our employees :)!Subsidy to benefits (Multisport and Medicover)Development budgetMental Health at work program - psychological support on demandEnglish language course conducted by native speakers - from the first day of workPleasant integration meetings whenever it’s possible :)How the recruitment will look like:The recruitment will be three-stage and will consist of:1.
