Your Profile
- Studies in Psychology, Educational Sciences, Sociology, Learning & Development, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems is an advantage
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and coordinate the Annual Training Plan
- Design and deliver programs tailored to business and team needs
- Advise managers on training solutions and methodologies
- Manage training providers and track employee progress
- Lead industrial training for production teams
- Define training for new projects and investments
- Monitor KPIs to assess learning effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
