We are looking for a Tender Manager to lead and coordinate our public procurement and tendering activities.
As Tender Manager you will:
- Manage the end-to-end tender process (analysis, preparation, submission, follow-up).
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for all technical & commercial documents.
- Monitor tender opportunities, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a structured database of tenders and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in tender management, bids, or contracts (ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or pharma).
- Strong knowledge of public procurement processes.
- Excellent organization, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in [local language] & English.
- Team player with commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.
