Job Description We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our QA team. As a software test engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating software functions and designing test protocols to ensure that products work as intended. You will also be responsible for completing all testing procedures, suggesting performance changes, and preparing performance reports for the development managers. Responsibilities:Analyzing the requirements from user stories and do effective in-sprint testing.Work closely with the development staff in all phases of development.Communicate more with developers and end-users.Participate in preparing Test Plans and Test Scenarios.Prepare Test Data for the test cases and execute those using SQL queries and server understanding.Preparing Test Environment to execute the test cases.Analyzing the Test Cases prepared by other team members.Work and update RTM, Defect density, Test Exit summary and related documents.Work with multi-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycleWork on the Windows and web based integrated applications using device hardware.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field.
