YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configuration, validation and upgrading of test vehicles in accordance with OBM requirements and test program specifications
Verification of embedded systems integrity, including hardware, software and OBM-related functions
Validation and setup of data acquisition chains, sensors, communication interfaces and logging systems
Preparation and coordination of vehicle logistics, planning and operational readiness for fleet deployment
Planning and launching fleets under defined test conditions and usage scenarios
Definition, implementation and monitoring of data collection protocols and traceability rules
Processing, filtering and consolidation of data collected from OBM-equipped vehicles for transferring to data analysis team
Verification of data completeness, consistency and coherence across different sources and measurement channels
Assessment of conformity against OBM regulatory and technical criteria
Execution of first-level technical analysis to identify anomalies, deviations or atypical behaviors
Preparation of dashboards, KPIs, synthesis reports and technical summaries for engineering and project teams
Contribution to the continuous improvement of monitoring strategies, analysis tools and data quality processes
Participation in technical meetings and reviews to support data interpretation, conformity assessment and tool enhancement YOUR PROFILE:
Degree in mechanical engineering, electro-mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or a related field.
Experience in both an industrial and product development setting is an asset
Strength in developing new test methods and improving existing ones by applying fundamental understanding
Good knowledge of thermodynamics, internal combustion engines and hybrid platforms is an asset.
Experience with dedicated tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, CANoe and/or programming languages is an asset.
Plan and manage project deliverables, schedule, and resources.
Hands-on experience with fuel cell test bed and/or design is an asset
