About You
You check market news before your morning coffee. You know what an IPO roadshow looks like, and you've probably had opinions about monetary policy at a dinner table. More importantly — you've led people, you know how to build trust with clients, and you're not afraid of a blank page.
Because that's exactly what this role is: a blank page.
You'll be the first. The one who sets up the office, hires the team, earns the reputation, and builds something from nothing — backed by a company that's done it across ten countries already.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full registration process of the representative office, coordinating with local authorities and regulators;
- Build your team from scratch — recruit, onboard, and develop the right people;
- Represent the company in dealings with state institutions and third-party organizations;
- Ensure all operations comply with local legislation and company policies;
- Drive the office toward its business goals once operational.
Requirements
- Background in financial instruments and investment products;
- Experience in B2C sales or business development in brokerage;
- Degree in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field;
- Strong understanding of the Romanian market and business environment;
- Experience managing a team of 5–10 people;
- Fluent in Romanian and English;
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
