We are looking for an experienced Tier 3 Software engineer who will manage complex troubleshooting analysis mainly on the databases and Servers side. The ideal candidate should also have strong virtualization knowledge & scripting experience in order to succeed in this role.

Requirements:
BSc or practical engineering degree in electronics or computer scienceAt least 3 years’ experience supporting complex technology solutions - MandatoryExperience with troubleshooting of multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) including basic administration, configuration optimization, desktop domains (active directory) and Windows security experience – MandatoryProficiency in virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V) – MandatoryDatabases hands-on (MS SQL, Sybase, other), can interpret schemas and compose queries – MandatoryScripting knowledge, such as Powershell, Bash, etc. – MandatoryExperience with Configuration Management tools such as Ansible/Chef/Puppet – AdvantagePractical experience with K8S and docker – AdvantageCommunication knowledge - network structure (LAN, WAN), and communication equipment functionality (hubs, switching hubs, routers) – AdvantageKnowledge of widely used protocols – TCP/IP, Mail, HTTP, VoIP etc – AdvantageFamiliarity with HW: HP /Dell Servers, ILO/iDRAC, Raid technology – Advantage
