The ISLE Academy (Innovation, Simulation, Learning, Ecosystem) is an innovative training and education ecosystem, part of SofMedica Group, designed exclusively for healthcare professionals in the rapidly evolving field of Medical Technology. The role is for a highly qualified and experienced medical device instructor who is a great communicator and enjoys leading training programs and participating in academic research activities. The successful candidate must be driven by a passion to be on the edge of medical technology advances and a proven interest in providing quality and meaningful services in the healthcare market.
You'll either deliver the training yourself or arrange for a third-party trainer to do it, supervising and evaluating all the steps of the process and curricula used.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Management and distinguished partners (Universities, medical associations, KOLs) to develop training programs and monitor their performance (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review, and outcomes analysis)
- Have an active role in the design and expansion of the ISLE Academy training curricula involving advanced medical technologies including evaluation & revision of existing training programs
- Have the responsibility of setting up the lab and instructing technical training for all technologies of ISLE Academy with innovative tools and approaches
- Work closely with the management & marketing team to conceptualize training materials based on data and research, create training initiatives, and refine the training approaches
- Have an active role in the research for new technologies and methodologies in learning and advocate for their implementation. Among other tasks the successful candidate should be willing and able to trigger and present new areas for research interest, support data & results analysis, critical review of discussion part in articles, creating files for funding tender submissions, present research progress in forums & events.
Requirements
- Degree on Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Nursing, Biology.
- Experience in sales and clinical support in advanced medical devices field of at least 5 years.
- Experience in research project initiatives and implementation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ability to create an environment where everyone’s opinion is respected.
- Fluency in English. Additional language proficiency will be considered an asset.
- Excellent MS Office Skills.
- Ability to travel intensively in the region
