Training Coordinator - UDC - [F/M/X] in Bucuresti

Job description

You will join our HR team, supporting the development and delivery of training programs to empower our community and foster continuous growth.

Your Missions

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of internal training programs delivered through the Mantu Academy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify training needs and design learning plans.
  • Liaise with external training providers and manage course scheduling.
  • Monitor training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness to propose improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure the accuracy of the learning management system.
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring that new joiners receive the appropriate training.
  • Organize development sessions and workshops to support career progression.
  • Assist in the deployment of group-wide training initiatives and ensure local adaptation.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in training coordination or HR support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledgeable about learning management systems is a plus.
  • Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; good attention to details; analytic skills.
  • Ability to work independently; problem solving; proactive; flexible.
  • Mastering generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity.
