Job Description Organizes the area and the team for which is responsible; Leeds the team in a competent manner; Organizes and plans the shift; Plans the activity within the area of responsibility; Makes process confirmation based on the existing planning; Actively participates to the continuous improvement projects; Contributes to the definition and implementation of the solutions for the cost reductions as a member and/or responsible; Contributes to the definition and implementation of the solutions regarding the reduction of quality related problems as a member and/or responsible.                     Qualifications Communication skills English level B1/ B2; Office package; Result oriented competences and attributes; SAP knowledge's is an advantage.
