HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide andgenerated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021/2022.YOUR TASKSPlanning of shipments according to therequests received from the entitled departments, arranging and cumulating thedeliveries according to the destination, Incoterms, costs and requestorsspecifications;Advise the deliveries in specifiedmode and with specified details to client’s forwarders for EXW and FCAIncoterms;Quote the urgent shipments / specialfreights, analyze the options according to the specific requirements, informand advise the requestor about the solutions and choose the best offer;Monitoring the ongoing shipments;Keep the requestors informed about anyplanning deviations;Act and perform according to the Hellaprocesses and procedures;Prepare various kind of analyses andreports required by the superiors.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSExperience in transport area;Experience in logistics - generalknowledges, including the materials and information flow;Lotus Notes;Microsoft Office knowledge;University Degree;Negotiation, very good communicationskills, result oriented.
