UI/UX Designer (100% remote) in Bucuresti

We are looking for an enthusiastic UX/UI Designer, who can integrate in a Scrum team, where the main focus will be the Search area (execution of the search and consultation of the results). The ideal candidate would already have experience with big clients and be accustomed in client-facing roles, where he/she is used to present designs clearly and follow-up on questions from stakeholders and developers. We are looking for a communicative person that can build good relationships in a complex virtual international environment Location: 100% remote. The team is located in Europe. Salary: B2B: 14 000 - 20 000 PLN net fv + vat /month Project: Main focus is to create new, universal platform for the legal and tax markets, that can serve the different markets from one single configurable product. Tasks (the proportion proportion between UI and UX tasks should be 50/50):Conceive intuitive designs that promote usability and optimize the user experience of productsClose collaboration with team members and stakeholders Work within lean design process, while efficiently exploring design concepts, iterating and validating design alternatives Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in delivering complex design for enterprise systems and applications. The ideal profile is a designer accustomed to working in international business contexts, with experience in agile methodology. We are looking for someone with a solid grasp of UX, in addition to UI. Communicative person that can build good relationships.Fluent english is crucial.
