Key Responsibilities
- Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user-generated content
- Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards
- Identify and remove content that violates guidelines
- Process appeals and moderation requests accurately
- Apply content classifications and labeling procedures
- Document moderation decisions and recurring trends
- Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams when necessary
- Stay informed about policy updates and platform changes
Requirements
- Fluent Ukrainian language skills (C2)
- Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Comfortable working within structured guidelines and procedures
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
- Professional approach when reviewing sensitive content
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or social media environments is considered an advantage
