Reporting into the Head of UX we are now looking for a UX Designer to join our team. We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our Design team at Sea/ to help design the experience for the highly valued contracting part of the customer workflow. You will collaborate closely in a product trio with a Product Manager and Engineering Lead in all phases of the product design and development process. You will be looking to solve problems for users by speaking to customers around the world to understand their goals, motivations and pain points to design an experience they will love. You will also collaborate with colleagues in the wider Design and Product community to help create a seamless user experience in the Sea/ workflow. Responsibilities Working on the end to end experience design process for the productCreating user journeys and design concepts in Miro and FigmaPrototyping using Figma to present and validate concepts with users and stakeholdersRunning user research sessions and identifying user goals and Jobs to Be DoneAnalysing quant data for design and product decision makingWorking with Commercial and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities to improve the customer experienceCollaborating with Product Manager and Engineering Lead on product decisions and strategyCollaborating with other UX designers on workflows and user journeys across product teamsUsing common components and design patterns to align brand and UI consistency Skills and experience A strong background and process in user centred design, research and accessibilityExperience designing with data rich B2B enterprise software workflowsSuccessful collaboration with Commercial, Customer Success and Marketing colleaguesAn appreciation of service design techniques, UI design and experience working with design systems at a platform levelPrototyping skills using Figma to validate concepts with users and stakeholdersRunning user research and usability testing sessionsDefining UX product metrics and analysing quant data for design and product decision makingExperience working as a UX Designer within small product teams collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering on product strategyCollaborating with other UX designers on workflows and user journeys across product teams Preferable: Experience as a designer in contract creation/workflow SaaS softwareDiscovery phase design and research skills and workshop facilitationTaking a product led approach to designing software WHAT WE OFFER The actual work is important, but it’s also essential for us at Setapp that we all stay happy, relaxed and motivated.
