Vendor Scheduler in Bucuresti

Job Description Main tasks and responsibilities: Check periodically (weekly/ daily) the scheduled deliveries with suppliers from the portfolio; Check daily deliveries from suppliers according to the delivery schedule and as planned transport for its own portfolio of suppliers; Reports and tracking supplier’s performance indicators of the department; Know and works with specific planning tools MPS, MRP, Sequencer; Check the accuracy of information of commercial invoices and other documents accompanying the goods in transit; Check the delivery schedule set by the Global Vendor Planner and signal supply problems; Together with the Global Vendor Planner develops and seek for recovery plans from suppliers; Observes the delayed deliveries and ensure its alignment to the target; Follow their tracks throughout the supplier until the entry into production; Pursuing activities related indicators daily (KPI). You must have: BS / BA University Degree (mandatory) Minimum 2 years experience preferable in automotive/ oil & gas/ manufacturing sectors in a analytical position. Minimum 1 year experience in SAP (MM & SD).
