Vendor Scheduler in Bucuresti

Job Description Main tasks and responsibilities: Check periodically (weekly/ daily) the scheduled deliveries with suppliers from the portfolio; Check daily deliveries from suppliers according to the delivery schedule and as planned transport for its own portfolio of suppliers; Reports and tracking supplier’s performance indicators of the department; Know and works with specific planning tools MPS, MRP, Sequencer; Check the accuracy of information of commercial invoices and other documents accompanying the goods in transit; Check the delivery schedule set by the Global Vendor Planner and signal supply problems; Together with the Global Vendor Planner develops and seek for recovery plans from suppliers; Observes the delayed deliveries and ensure its alignment to the target; Follow their tracks throughout the supplier until the entry into production; Pursuing activities related indicators daily (KPI). You must have: BS / BA University Degree (mandatory) Minimum 2 years experience preferable in automotive/ oil & gas/ manufacturing sectors in a analytical position. Minimum 1 year experience in SAP (MM & SD). Good communication skills (writing and speaking) in English; MS Office package knowledge (Excel - advanced level, Power Point Presentations – advanced level) We value: Knowledge of a second foreign language could be a benefit; Good organizational skills and abilities to multitask and properly prioritize various tasks; Good analytical and analysis abilities, attention to details and problem solving skills, as well as ability to provide a sound and reliable judgment in complex situations Team player with a high energy level, positive “can-do” mind-set, proactive and problem solving attitude Continuous improvement mind set
