VBS (regular) ServiceNow (regular) Tableau (regular) Power BI (regular) Movius (advanced) WebEx (advanced) Verint (advanced) Cisco (advanced) IPC (advanced) NICE (advanced) We are looking for skilled and motivated Voice and eCom Recording SMEs to join our newly created platform in Poland and be part of the global Voice and eCom Record Keeping team within CIB IT PRODUCTION. The Record Keeping domain is responsible for the Voice and eCom recording systems with the aim of ensuring that CIB ITO meets its regulatory record keeping obligations around the voice and written records (eCom). The Record keeping team in Poland will be acting as a Control Tower within the Record Keeping domain, working on the definition, implementation, industrialization, performance measurement and improvement of all the tools and automation activities of the Record Keeping domain, be it the automation of workflows or controls. The team will also be in charge of the Record Keeping data lake as a mean to support its activity. Depending on qualification we can offer a path of Automation Engineer, Control Officer or Data Analyst. ​Interactions with different teams worldwide (Compliance, Cybersecurity, Digital Working, Voice, …) will be part of the day-to-day activities. Responsibilities: You bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design, and present it in ways to bring added value to your perimeter and help your team /management to make better decisions.You advance the industrialization of the manual controls and provisioning of activities related to the Record Keeping domain.You execute functional recording controls under IT Production responsibility, produce and analyse functional/technical control reports to ensure of the good execution of the Bank's regulatory recording. Requirements: Must have an excellent and in-depth working knowledge of a multitude of voice enterprise technologies including NICE, IPC, Cisco, Verint, MS Teams, WebEx, mobile voice recording and Movius.Must have a strong knowledge of Excel, PowerBI or Tableau for Data analysis purposesKnowledge of ITSM Service NowKnowledge in VBS, PowerShell, C#/.NET Core, MS/Postgre SQL, Python and API integration scriptingResult driven attitude with analytical mind-set, eager to learnGood interpersonal and communication skillsDevOps methodologies and some cloud experience is an advantage
