About the Role
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, supervising daily warehouse operations and maintaining compliance with company standards and legal requirements. The role oversees inventory control, stock reconciliation and operational routines to secure an efficient, safe and well‑structured warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities aligned with department objectives.Reconcile and investigate stock variances between system and physical inventory.Oversee stock rotation, SAP stock transfers and daily reconciliation of storage locations.Ensure compliance with CCHBC procedures, standards and safety requirements.Provide reports on slow‑moving products and support month‑end closing activities.Ensure accurate batch traceability and proper documentation.Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.Train, develop and evaluate team members; ensure clear responsibilities and KPIs.Ensure legislative compliance (audits, controls, labor regulations).Maintain open communication, ensure performance management and address low performance.Support the integration of new team members and apply management system requirements.
Requirements
University degree.Min. 3 years’ experience in team coordination or management.Strong planning, organization and communication skills.Inventory/stock management knowledge; understanding of KBI implementation.Experience with continuous improvement processes and ensuring a safe work environment.MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Teamwork, focus, problem‑solving, capability development, results orientation.Only eligible candidates will be contacted, in a maximum of 2 weeks.
