Job Description
On-site role in Giurgiu, Romania, at client’s shipyard (naval industry).
Perform welding tasks according to shipbuilding drawings, standards, and safety requirements.
Prepare and set up welding equipment, tools, and materials.
Carry out different types of welding (MIG/MAG, TIG, ARC, etc.) depending on project needs.
Ensure high quality welds and check compliance with technical specifications.
Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to complete construction stages on time.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following PPE and safety rules.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Welder in shipbuilding, heavy industry, or similar.
Knowledge of naval welding standards and procedures (steel, pipes, structures).
Skilled in different welding techniques (MIG/MAG, TIG, ARC).
Languages: English (basic/medium).
Availability to work on-site in Giurgiu; occasional travel may be required.
