Your tasks:Responsible for troubleshooting 2nd and 3rd level support and solving IT related issuesExecuting tasks defined by the IT Windows ArchitectInstallation of the new projectsIT support for other locationsAD administrationAdministration of Windows Terminal ServerAdministration of Email server & servicesDiagnose and troubleshooting of hard and software problemsFile and printing managementOptimize and develop worldwide IT Kromberg & Schubert standards Your strengths: University Degree in IT / Technical fieldGood knowledge of Unix / Linux operating systemsGood knowledge of Windows operating systemsGood command of English and/or German languageExperience in working with Citrix platformsExperience in working with monitoring systems / e-mail systems / Windows Server 2008 ADWillingness to work in shiftsGood knowledge of Scripting languageExperience in planning, building up and installing IT NetworksC/C++ basic knowledgeMotivated, meticulous, communicative, team workerWilling to travel in other KROSCHU locations worldwide
