& Requirements Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study
Experience in HR Transformation and possessing a Workday Certification is nice to have;
Previous Workday experience from an administrator perspective is a must (HCM, Compensation, Absence);
Strong in business analysis and requirements gathering;
Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Good presentations skills;
Adaptable, agile, pro active and quick to adjust to customer needs;
Team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively;
Curiosity and willingness to learn are a must have;
Strong English skills
Your future role Consultant Role & Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of the Workday Cloud HR Transformation;
Participate in the maintenance and updates of documentation and processes;
Provide support in preparing of and participate in data discovery and client workshops; Partial ownership of certain topics to be presented;
Build and support implementation of Workday HR Transformation process with minimum guidance from SMEs;
Partial ownership of the development of certain areas in a specific workstream;
Collaborate with SMEs to support functional / technical workshops
Work collaboratively with all Analysts and help them come up to speed in project delivery;
Mentor junior team members
Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
