You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and availability of sensitive data. This role is focused on Workday security, data management and cybersecurity and requires a solid background in data governance, compliance, risk, and IT security practices, within workday.To be considered for the Workday Security specialist Lead role you should have:MUST HAVE: Experience of workday SecurityConfiguration and setup, including best practices around user and data management.Proven experience in developing and implementing data management strategiesStrong understanding of data/information governance, risk and compliance principles and practicesFamiliarity with data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR.Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience in collaborating with IT, information security, Legal and Compliance teams on data and security initiatives.
