Workday Technical Consultant in Bucuresti

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Workday Consultant to join our growing team in Romania and contribute to delivering international HR and Finance digital transformation projects.
You will work directly with global clients and play an active role in configuring and optimizing Workday solutions, in a dynamic and consulting-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in end-to-end Workday implementation projects (design, build, test, go-live)
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Configure Workday modules (HCM, Talent, Financials, etc.)
• Translating business needs into functional solutions
• Collaboration with international stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT)
• Support UAT, training, and post-go-live activities
• Contribute to process optimization and digital transformation initiatives

Profile:
• Experience with Workday (HCM and/or Financials)
• Solid understanding of HR and/or Finance processes
• Experience in ERP / cloud implementation projects
• Strong communication and consulting skills (client-facing)
• Good level of English
