As a Working Student in the Digital Change Partner team, you will support digital transformation and employee engagement initiatives across the organization. You’ll collaborate with Digital Change Partners to create communication materials, support project activities, and help drive adoption of new digital ways of working. This is a great opportunity for a motivated student with a passion for communications, marketing, storytelling, and digital transformation who wants to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the energy sector.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Communication & Content
Support the creation of communication materials (emails, internal articles, presentations, infographics, videos, posters). Draft clear messages for employee audiences with strong attention to tone and clarity. Assist in shaping communication campaigns for digital initiatives and new tool launches. Employee Engagement & Campaigns
Contribute to the planning and execution of internal engagement campaigns. Support event organization (workshops, trainings, townhalls, roadshows). Help gather feedback from employees and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Project Support
Assist with documentation, meeting notes, stakeholder lists, and PM-related tasks. Help maintain project trackers, dashboards, and planning tools. Coordinate with different business units to ensure smooth information flow. Visual & Design Support - Ideal
Create visually compelling materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools. Support visual storytelling through simple graphics, layouts, and templates. Ensure content follows design guidelines and brand standards. Team & Organizational Support
Help prepare team presentations and reports. Support coordination activities across DC HUB and other departments. Participate in brainstorming sessions for communication and engagement strategies. .
What You Bring
You are currently a student (Communication, Marketing, Business, Social Sciences or similar fields). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written communication and copywriting ability—clear, concise, engaging. A passion for marketing, digital communication, and storytelling. Basic design or visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar). Curiosity and eagerness to learn about digital transformation in a modern energy company. A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. Strong teamwork skills and a positive mindset.
