About the Role

Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Digital Core Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Early Professional A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Working Student, you will support the ERP R&C EU team and its counterpartners with various IT related activities and projects.How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Support for User Community Coordination and Authorization functions including support for internal control system processes
  • Support for SAP Key user organization and end users within the SE organization
  • Support in application documentation creation and updates
  • Coordinator of DPT ERP R&C EU Inbox
  • Support for SAP Security and Authorization topics
  • Support Microsoft SharePoint landing pages creation, updates etc.
  • Support the team in projects’ documentation S4, Agora, KU concept, audits
  • Coordinating with other departments - user support, infrastructure, business and central functions
    • What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or final year student) in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field

  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability, good time management, analytical and organizational skills

  • Prompt Engineering and AI

  • Project Management Skills

  • Agile and ITIL basic knowledge

  • Basic SAP usage experience

  • Excellent skills to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint Access

  • Cross-cultural awareness and skills, working with different geographical areas in different time zones
