We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Field Service team in the energy sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience both in the office and on-site at electrical substations, contributing to the installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage equipment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Assist field engineers during installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment (, circuit breakers, transformers, gas insulated switchgear) Support diagnostic measurements and inspections using specialized equipment Help prepare tools, materials, and documentation for site work Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture (EHS compliance) Support preparation of technical documentation, reports, and test protocols Assist in planning and coordination of field service activities Update internal systems with service data and project progress Help organize logistics for tools, materials, and travel Analyze basic technical data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in: Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / Energy Systems or similar Basic understanding of electrical systems (high-voltage knowledge is a plus) Strong interest in field service and hands-on technical work Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel and work on-site in electrical substations Good communication skills in English Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one
