You start your day by checking for user support requests, join a brief team meeting, then focus on developing or updating Mendix application features, and collaborating with colleagues to solve technical challenges or update documentation.
This a contract for 1 year, requiring 6 hours of work per day, and will be conducted in a hybrid format.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Design, develop, and deploy applications using the Mendix platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate Mendix applications with other enterprise systems (SAP, Tableau, databases, APIs). Maintain and update existing Mendix applications based on user feedback and business needs. Document technical solutions and provide user training/support as needed. Participate in Agile development teams and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Stay up to date with Mendix platform updates and best practices. What You Bring
Student in a technical field (, Computer Science, Automation, Cybernetics) with exposure to low-code technologies and a willingness to learn Mendix. Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs, along with an understanding of database concepts and integration (SQL, NoSQL). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage, with English proficiency (written and spoken). Nice to have: Basic version control (Git), testing practices, or CI/CD exposure. Additional advantage: Mendix Rapid Developer certification or hands-on Mendix projects.
