Working Student - Product Data Management in Blaj

Job Description Provides technical assistance in relation to Product Data Management - PDM and Change Management tools - ECR(Engineering Change Requests); Provides support/assistance to trainers; Performs PDM related tasks, assigned by the superior and/or provided by the customer, located in Blaj Plant, as well as those located externally; Support BljP Local Change Coordinators in multiple root cause analysis to detect deviations from standard processes (e.g. Change Management); Provides assistance during the preparation of summaries resulting from PDM processes, such as KPI reporting; Data processing is done using Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Power Point, Excel); Provides communication support between TEF10 and other counterparts in multiple functional areas (e.g.participation in face-to-face sessions resulting from ECR in BljP); Administrative activities; Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor on a temporary basis, specific to the position. Qualifications Able to understand technical documents (e.g. Technical Drawings, Standards, Specifications); Knowledge in mechanics and/or electrical engineering; Safe handling of MS Office Applications; English language - conversational level;  Result orientation; Flexibility;  Communication;  Cooperation; Proactivity; Organizational skills.
