Join us as a Working Student and gain hands-on experience in IT processes! You will provide essential support for internal software asset management, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize software usage, track licenses, and maintain compliance with licensing agreements. Your expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) processes will be vital in generating reports and supporting our organizational objectives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will support the Software Asset Management Operations team by addressing incoming requests for software/tools from various suppliers. You will assist in managing the license management lifecycle. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting user issues via emails and calls, reporting, and tracking different types of licenses. Collaborate actively with a global team of License Managers to enhance software asset management. Provide first and second-level support for Siemens Energy’s internal software assets. Assist with License Proof Registration and manage Named User License Portals and Keys. Maintain accurate records of software and hardware assets, ensuring data integrity. Support License Consumption Reporting and conduct quality assurance checks for compliance management. What You Bring
Experience with Microsoft O365. Strong communication skills. Willingness to explore new ideas and areas. Previous involvement in student activities or NGOs is a plus. English knowledge
